Assist in creating and distributing VM guidelines, lookbook, and display instructions in collaboration with the creative team.
Coordinate with in-store Visual Merchandisers nationwide to ensure all visual displays are executed in accordance with brand guidelines and seasonal plans.
Manage and update the Visual Merchandising calendar, including seasonal campaigns, new product launches, and key promotional periods.
Collect and review store display reports, photos, and VM checklists, and provide feedback to in-store VM teams.
Coordinate the logistics and distribution of VM props, signage, and fixtures to stores.
Liaise with Marketing, Merchandising, and Retail Operations teams to align in-store visuals with overall campaign direction.
Support the visual merchandising setup for events, pop-ups, or special projects in collaboration with the VM creative team to ensure alignment with the brand concept and design direction.
Adjust lighting to highlight merchandise and displays per company standards.
Oversee the pre and post-production process and brief staff on arranging displays.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience in Visual Merchandising preferably within the fashion industry.
Strong understanding of VM operations both in-store and at the corporate level.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
Excellent coordination and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail.
Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams.
Proactive, flexible, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
