Visual Communication Designer

Job descriptions

  • Create Graphic Designs for all brand’s channels.
  • Understand Marketing Psychology in order to maximize graphic designs for marketing.
  • Work along current brand identity guidelines while also evolving the brand to new levels.
  • Conceptualize new ideas and integrate them into new graphic designs or templates.
  • Design with a creative mindset that is optimized for business growth.
  • Understand product materials and dimensions to optimize illustration on final designs.
  • Able to take on feedback from customers & internal teams for product optimization
  • Brainstorming ideas and concepts for the visuals and words with other members of the creative team.
  • Thinking creatively, producing new ideas and concepts, and developing the design.
  • Ensuring brand consistency throughout various marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • BA degree in Fashion Design, Communication Art, Graphic Design, or similar relevant field.
  • Strong fashion background will be highly considered. 
  • A strong portfolio of fashion design, illustrations or other graphics.
  • Hands-on experience with logo design, typography, color, web layout design, image selection, and package design.
  • Creative, innovative and willing to contribute ideas and professional opinion.
  • Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or other visual design).
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
  • Teamwork oriented and able to work in dynamic culture.
