• Prepare production-ready files, including color separations and repeat layouts, ensuring accuracy and quality for manufacturing.
• Collaborate with production teams to address technical challenges and ensure designs translate seamlessly to finished products.
4. Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with product developers, merchandisers, and marketing teams to align designs with product strategies and customer preferences.
• Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
5. Quality Control:
• Oversee sampling and ensure the integrity of designs throughout the production process.
• Address and resolve any design-related issues during manufacturing.
6. Project Management:
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
• Maintain an organized archive of designs, patterns, and resources for future reference.
• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD programs.
• Strong knowledge of textile design processes, printing techniques, and fabric properties.
• Creativity with a keen eye for detail, color, and composition.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with trend forecasting and market analysis is a plus.
