Job Descriptions
• Technical Assistance:

Qualifications
• Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience:
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Proficiency in using support ticketing systems and remote support tools.
- Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), networking concepts, and common software applications.
