Job Descriptions

• Project Management & Communication:

  • Be the main point of contact in the project for requirements, updates, changes, and feedback.
  • Lead and supervise both functional and technical roles in the project.

• Requirement Gathering & Documentation:

  • Gather requirements, digest, and organize them into structured written specifications and tasks.

• Agile/Scrum Methodology:

  • Conduct Sprint planning in Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Conduct daily scrums, assign tasks, and mitigate problems and risks in the project.

• Quality & Timeline Management:

  • Ensure the quality of the project is up to standard.
  • Ensure the delivery of the project timeline and commitment.

Qualifications

• Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT Engineering, or other related fields.

• Experience:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a project manager.
  • Be able to evaluate and estimate the technical effort of tasks.
  • Be able to break down tasks into detail for software developers to work on.

  • Excellent writing and presentation skills.

  • Good command of English.
