Job Descriptions
• Supplier Coordination & Documentation:
- Coordinate with suppliers in terms of documentation to manage relevant documents aligning with policy and regulations to support buying and merchandising effectively and maintain relationships.
• Purchase Order Follow-up:
- Follow up on the status of purchase orders with vendors to ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate the status of orders with internal customers and the team.
• Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Collaborate closely with the Operations, Accounting, and Financial teams to ensure smooth operating processes and monitor the right quantity and timing.
• Purchase Order Management:
- Create and verify purchase orders (PO), ensuring accuracy and consistency with packing lists, invoices, and coordinating related documents between the warehouse, accounting department, and suppliers.
• Additional Responsibilities:
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
• Education
- Bachelor or higher in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Buyer, Purchasing, or Merchandise in any products.
- Basic knowledge of Purchasing, Accounting, and Purchase Orders (PO).
- Have computer skills, especially MS Office and industry-standard purchase order software platforms.
