• Talent Acquisition:

  • Conduct high-level interviews and assessments, ensuring a hands-on approach to seamless integration of experienced professionals in diverse settings.

• Employee Relations:

  • Navigate complex employee relations issues with a hands-on and empathetic approach across multiple locations.
  • Foster an inclusive and collaborative atmosphere, actively engaging in employee interactions and recognizing unique challenges faced by seasoned professionals in the creative field.
  • Implement hands-on initiatives that celebrate diversity and promote a positive fashion culture among seasoned employees in different locations.

• Performance Management:

  • Develop and implement hands-on performance management strategies, actively participating in goal-setting, evaluation, and continuous improvement across the main office, branches, and warehouses.
  • Collaborate with fashion departments in various locations, providing hands-on support for setting and evaluating performance goals at an advanced level.
  • Provide hands-on and sophisticated feedback that encourages innovation and supports continuous improvement throughout the organization.

• Training and Development:

  • Identify and implement hands-on advanced training opportunities to meet the evolving needs of experienced professionals in the fashion industry across diverse locations.
  • Facilitate hands-on specialized workshops and training sessions to enhance both technical and creative skills.
  • Support mentorship programs with direct involvement, facilitating hands-on knowledge transfer among seasoned talents across different settings.

• Compliance and Policies:

  • Stay hands-on and informed of industry-specific labor laws and regulations, ensuring hands-on compliance at an advanced level across all locations.
  • Develop and communicate hands-on HR policies, actively participating in their implementation, that address the unique challenges and opportunities presented by experienced professionals in the fashion world, ensuring consistency across branches and the main office.

• Benefits Administration:

  • Tailor and optimize hands-on employee benefits packages to attract and retain top-tier talent across all locations.
  • Collaborate with fashion brands and influencers to offer exclusive perks and partnerships, actively participating in negotiations and implementation, tailored to the seasoned workforce across various settings.

• HR Analytics:

  • Utilize hands-on advanced analytics to understand trends in fashion employee engagement and satisfaction across multiple locations.
  • Provide hands-on strategic insights that align HR strategies with the fast-paced and trend-centric nature of the industry at a senior level, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across the organization.

Qualifications

• Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience:

  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive hands-on HR management experience, ideally within the fashion or creative industries.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and hands-on experience in HR best practices in a fashion context.
  • Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
