• Demand Forecasting:

• Supplier Relationships:

Qualifications
• Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Business, Fashion, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience:
- A minimum of 8 years of progressively responsible experience in the merchandising field or fashion business.
- Strong understanding of fashion trends, market dynamics, and consumer behavior.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and inventory management.
