Job Descriptions

• Commercial Strategy & Performance Management:

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive sales and profitability within the store network.
  • Oversee the commercial performance of individual stores, including monitoring sales data and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Identify opportunities to expand or shift course in response to market changes.

• International Market Strategy & Operations:

  • Lead and implement strategies to achieve growth targets across all international markets.
  • Manage staffing, inventory, scheduling, and compliance to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Optimize store layout, merchandise assortments, and pricing for international markets with international suppliers and vendors.

• Inventory & Quality Control:

  • Manage inventory and stock control while ensuring excellent customer service standards.
  • Perform quality control and monitor production KPIs.

• Strategic Planning & Optimization:

  • Develop long-term plans and initiatives to achieve company goals.
  • Assess departmental budgets and financial data to optimize expenses and maximize profits.
  • Identify and resolve potential inefficiencies to enhance operational performance and revenue.
  • Ensure all operations align with cost-effective and strategic objectives.

• Operational Management & Improvement:

  • Conduct routine store visits to improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
  • Implement necessary changes to optimize store operations and productivity.

• Team Development & Collaboration:

  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff.
  • Provide coaching and support to Area, Store, and Warehouse managers.
  • Contribute to both store front and back-office operations to achieve company objectives.

Qualifications

• Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with at least 8 years of experience working in retail operations management field required.

• Experience:

  • Experience budgeting and forecasting.
  • Familiarity with business and financial principles.

• Personal Attributes:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and work in a challenging environment.
  • Willingness to work in office and conduct hands-on management tasks at stores regularly.
  • Ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
