• Concept Development:

  • Lead brainstorming sessions and workshops to generate innovative ideas for campaigns, collections, and other creative projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine creative concepts from ideation to execution.

• Artistic Direction:

  • Define and maintain the artistic direction, visual language, and aesthetic principles for the brand.
  • Ensure that all creative elements align with the established brand guidelines.

• Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing, merchandising, and operations teams to integrate creative vision into all aspects of the business.
  • Collaborate with external partners, such as photographers, stylists, and agencies, to execute projects seamlessly.

• Community Engagement:

  • Develop strategies for engaging with the fashion community, influencers, and brand ambassadors.
  • Foster partnerships and collaborations that align with the brand's values.

Qualifications

• Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

• Experience:

  • Proven experience (8 years) in a creative leadership role within the fashion industry.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative direction and successful projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of fashion trends, industry innovations, and consumer behavior.
