Job Descriptions
• Creative Development & Direction:
- Create mood boards and storyboards to visualize concepts and secure approvals.
- Ensure consistency in visual direction across all creative assets.
- Deliver a cohesive visual aesthetic and identity for content across social media and online platforms.
• Project Management:
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end creative process, from brief and pre-production to final asset release (photography & videography).
- Maintain high-quality standards and deliver innovative creative solutions.
• Collaboration & Execution:
- Work closely with designers, merchandisers, and marketing teams to balance artistic vision and commercial goals.
- Align digital and print content execution with established graphical direction and style guidelines.
- Contribute to the development of new seasonal campaign concepts.
Qualifications
• Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Design, Fine Arts, Communication or related field.
• Experience:
- Experience in working in creative teams within the Fashion Industry is preferred.
- Experience in casting and campaign-level shoot production.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in stills and/or video content, with a focus on craftsmanship and detail.
- Strong art directing and concept skills, with a keen eye for detail and commercial sensibility.
