Job Descriptions
• Product Consolidated Management:
- Manage, allocate and consolidated products to ensure optimal stock levels and maximize sales potential.
- Identify slow-moving inventory to maximize sales opportunities.
- Analyze sales data to adjust allocations and improve inventory turnover.
• Sales Optimization & Replenishment:
- Monitor sales trends, demand, stock levels and adjust product (club) to store.
- Manage the weekly transfer of special price products.
- Work closely with store teams to track inventory needs and sales performance.
- Ensure accurate tracking and documentation of promotional product movements
• Inventory Management:
- Manage inventory flow of goods to support sales and product turnover for assigned product categories.
- Analyze and maintain individual store inventory levels to maximize sales and profits.
- Work with the inventory team to ensure a healthy balance of inventory.
- Maintain in-season product plans and forecasts, collaborating with the team to execute top-down and bottom-up SKU and style roles.
• Business Performance Monitoring:
- Track distributor sales vs. contract targets and minimum performance commitments.
- Conduct Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) with each distributor to monitor progress and align on future plans.
• Sales, Brand, and Retail Standards:
- Communicate product launch timelines, special pricing calendars, and marketing campaigns.
- Align distributors with pricing guidelines and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or related field.
- -3–5 years of experience in product management, inventory management, retail operations, or supply chain.
- Experience in FMCG, retail, or distribution business is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in stock planning and sales forecasting.
- Proven ability to optimize product placement and drive sales through effective allocation.
- Analytical & Detail-Oriented: Ability to assess sales trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to plan stock distribution for new and existing stores effectively.
- Strong Communication: Effective collaboration with store teams, suppliers, and cross-functional departments.
